How to Awaken the Divine Masculine in MEN ?

Why a lot of Men are not fully awake yet?

This is also important information for the Divine Feminine!

Men have been conditioned to think a certain way about what it means to be a man.

If we are to become the highest version of ourselves in this life and reach full maturity we must balance and strengthen both aspects of self, the divine masculine and divine feminine.

The time has come for men to wipe the sleep from their eyes and redefine what the age-old beliefs are around what a real man is.

Unfortunately, in our society and traditionally for the last 5000 years and more... men were seen in a more toxic, destructive masculine energy, creating wars, corruption, control, abuse of power, inflicting their dominance, spreading greed, governments and authorities inflicting oppression, world wars, genocides, tribes being ripped apart through, rape and murder.

Our whole concept around men and what the masculine energy represents has created scars within us deep in our deep subconscious.

You are carrying so much ancestry trauma, trauma from your childhood around the masculine, limiting beliefs deep in your subconscious around your father, and are still running these old programs in your life.

We are stepping into a new world now and it’s time to remember what power truly lies within you, a more balanced, happy awakened man who knows all of who he is, without the influence of your culture, society and upbringing.

1. Some of your CONDITIONING from different cultures

Men don’t cry, men must provide and look after the family, men don’t talk about their emotions, men are the protectors of the family, men are logical, men must have a successful career, men like sport, men must dominate women in career, physically and sexually, men are more aggressive, men must look strong to be masculine, man fight, sexual promiscuity is normal if you’re a man.

2. Examine your FATHER wounding

Father wounding is something not spoken about enough with men, through your ancestry line holds incredible knowledge on this. Both men and women have suffered a lot regarding generations of abuse of power, men not being honoured and loved for who they are, being misunderstood and feelings of having to do their duty.

For some culture’s men had to have arranged marriages, having to ably to what was best for them. Some of you have never even gone into careers that fuel your passion but instead were pushed by what your parents wanted you to study.

Most of you have watched your dad being too busy for you, always working long hours, never home and being told it’s because his providing for the family, so that has become your story now for yourself.
A lot of men hold so much grief and pain in their hearts from when they were little children that was never expressed and this can manifest later in fertility problems.

I see this a lot with my male patients.

I encourage you to look at how you felt growing up, go deeper, do you have memories of when you wished your dad was around? How did you feel loved by your dad or the men in your life? Are you repeating the pattern in your current relationships in love, friendships and work?
Now that you have more time being at home have you started realising what truly makes you happy? A balanced heart, mind, body and spirit will also balance BOTH ASPECTS of who you are the Divine masculine and Feminine.

It’s time for you to fully accept yourself. You are perfect exactly the way you are. Accept yourself completely to honour the Divine within.

3. Questions to ask yourself, write what comes up for you, meditate on this and transform.

How was your relationship with your father, brother, and the men in your life?

What did you learn and what imprints were passed on to you?

Have you had supportive male role models?
Men and women have you experienced violence, sexual abuse, abusive relationships, silent treatment, passive/ aggressive relationships, not being heard, partners who won’t commit to you or you wont to them?
Have you felt rejected? Abandonment? Alienation?

For us to really heal the divine masculine we must take responsibility for our own actions, pay attention to your feelings, thoughts, choices.
Make sure not to ignore them and burry it deep inside. Doing this is doing a disservice to yourself and not respecting what your consciousness is trying to tell you.

When you embody your Divine masculine, you are confident in who you are, you are assertive, you take responsibility for everything in your life, even the way others react to you, your courageous, have inner willpower and strength, you value truth, you set healthy boundaries, you are active and not passive and so much more…
I say this with divine love, it’s time for you to break free of the old shell that protects you and awaken to your truth.

For some of you this will be confronting, just know however that everything happens in divine timing and when you’re ready, you will be able to peel layer by layer the wounds within your heart.
